For mobile calls, expect a callback within about 15 minutes from her husband, who runs the truck.

We’ll talk pricing before any work starts. No surprises once we’re in the driveway.

Are you open on Saturdays?

No. We’re closed Saturdays. Mobile service runs Sunday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and the shop is open Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.

Do you come to me, or do I bring my locks to the shop?

Both. Folks bring keys, locks, and small safes to our shop at 5994 US-19E. Our mobile truck handles lockouts, auto work, rekeys, and on-site commercial jobs across Yancey, Mitchell, and Avery Counties.

Are you a real local locksmith?
